Once you've added items to your cart you can either click the Paypal button to pay through Paypal's own securely hosted website or you can click "Continue to Checkout" in order to enter your credit card information directly on our securely hosted shopping cart.
All credit card information inputted on our website is encrypted and sent directly to Paypal for processing. Since they handle all of the payment details you security is guaranteed and they alone recieve your card information.

What payment options do you offer?
Once you've added all the products you'd like to your shopping cart you can either click on the Paypal button to pay with Paypal or click continue to checkout where you can choose to pay with a variety of credit card types.
How/when will my items be shipped or delivered?
All items will be shipped worldwide via FedEx (with the exception of sales of only 200 Doodeefulls). We are able to offer you a variety of FedEx options to suit your needs and you may choose the most suitable when you click to calculate shipping.
All orders placed before Wednesday at Noon (EST) will be shipped or delivered that Friday. The only exception to this is printed orders which will be shipped or delivered the following Friday.
We realize that sometimes you need a product right away. If you're rushed please let us know and we'll do our best to accomidate you.
What is required for custom printing?
Information on and requirements for custom printing can be found on the page of the item you're interested in.
Simply click the "Click here for information on custom printing this item" and you'll be shown all of the information required.
Where is your free delivery zone?
Please note, If an items page says "free shipping" then it overrides this zone.

We have a huge free delivery zone in order to cater to the East York and much of The Beaches community.
If you're located on the map on the right then you get free delivery for orders over $50 dollars (before taxes). |

Can I pick-up my items?
We do allow customers to pick-up their orders, we only ask that you first contact us in order to arrange a time and to get directions.
Do you offer distributor pricing?
We do have special price lists for distributors.

How green is your company?
While many companies that offer Earth friendly products continue to operate in a wastefull manner, Elmhirst Packaging prides itself on being different.
Nearby deliveries will be walked to customers and we continue to cut back on our carbon footprint by using renewable energy sources to host our website and energy saving bulbs in our office.
Our shipping materials are all either made with recycled materials or are reused (we get used boxes from local companies). The tape used to close the boxes is our own line of biodegradable clear cellulose tape that's sold on our site.
The paper used throughout our office is made with recycled materials and is the same paper used for printing invoices (although we're soon moving to digital invoicing in order to reduce paper consumption all together).
We do our best to limit our impact on the environment and urge our customers and suppliers to do the same.
